By purchasing my services, you automatically accept the following terms and conditions^{^{✦ I don't usually work on commissions on weekends
✦ Commercial license for an illustration will result in an extra fee
✦ I reserve the right to refuse a commission as there are some things that I won't do/won’t be comfortable doing
✦ Refunds are not allowed once I start drawing
✦ I do not allow them to generate or train any AI with my art, nor is it allowed to use for NFTS, both are strictly prohibited, this is not negotiable
✦ Do not sell it or claim it as your own
✦ Art MUST be credited if you post it in any social media}}PAYMENTS^{^{✦ Extensive amo unos of details or add-ons to a commission will result in additional fees
✦ Once you leave the waiting list, full payment will be requested to start your commission}}PROCESS^{^{✦ A sketch will be sent. Please confirm all main/Big changes here. If a change is made on the lineart/coloring/rendering phase, it will have an extra cost fee depending on the complexity
✦ Every now and then in the commission so that you confirm that everything is going well with the illustration, I will not continue the commission until there is confirmation, this to avoid unexpected changes
✦ In case a client wants several services, I will work one by one: I will only start the next one when I finish the previous one}}COMMUNICATION^{^{✦ You are free to ask for updates any time you desire via Vgen / Twitter / Insta chat╰(＾ν＾)╯♡
✦ Commission turn around can vary between a week or a month max it depends !
This is due to my schedule + the commission detail}}EXTRA !^{^{✦ Personal Use : Icon, Banner, post it on your social media, prints for you etc
✦ Commercial Digital Use : Miniatures, VODs ( Tiktok, YouTube, Twitch, Throne, etc)
✦ Commercial Fisical Use : Any merchandise that is made, whether posters, keychains, stickers, pins, etc., in order to sell it}}
